Cultural and Tourist Capital of the Haut-Var, at the heart of the red Gorges of Daluis, Guillaumes is dominated by the ruins of an ancient feudal castle, called " The Castle of Queen Jeanne ".

The village, also with a medieval past, is a popular departure for hikking tours and a well-known spot for adrenalin sports such as " Bungie-jumping ".
